Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on ingredient availability.
Orders are prepared fresh and may require sourcing specific ingredients. If there are any delays with your order, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Ontario, Canada.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery within Aurora and Newmarket throughout the month of April 2026, as well as on all first-time orders.
After this period, a flat $5 delivery fee will apply to local orders.
Local deliveries are completed by us personally and are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days, depending on scheduling and order volume.
You will be contacted by email from rdp@onthewagonmocktails.ca to coordinate your delivery time.
Please ensure this email address is saved to your contacts and check your junk/spam folder to avoid missing delivery communication.
A phone number is required at checkout for delivery purposes and may be used if we are unable to reach you by email.
Delivery & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please monitor your tracking and ensure someone is available to bring the package inside as soon as possible after delivery.
Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended packages.
Our products are packaged to protect them during transit; however, some ingredients may be affected by prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight. We recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
