Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at rdp@onthewagonmocktails.ca
To process your request, you will be required to provide:
- A photo of the damaged product
- A photo of the packaging
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
- a full refund, or
- a replacement (based on your preference)
Non-Returnable Items
As our products include consumable ingredients, all items are considered non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Important Information
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or improper storage of the product.
Our products are packaged to protect them during transit; however, some ingredients may be affected by prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight.
We recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.
We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by packages left outside after delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
We are not responsible for issues reported after the 24-hour window following delivery.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
